What is a transaction coordinator, and why do I need one?

A transaction coordinator manages the administrative details of your real estate transactions—from contract to close. This includes tracking deadlines, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining clear communication with all parties. By outsourcing this role, you gain time, reduce stress, and ensure smoother closings.

What types of clients do you work with?

We primarily support real estate professionals—agents, brokers, and teams—but also offer virtual assistance to entrepreneurs and business owners in other industries who need reliable back-end support.

Are your services customizable?

Absolutely. Every client has different needs, and we tailor our systems and workflows to align with your business processes, communication style, and goals.

How does the “First Transaction Free” offer work?

New clients receive their first two transaction management files at no cost—no strings attached. This gives you a chance to experience our service quality before paying for your transactions.

What platforms do you work with?

We’re experienced with many real estate platforms, including MLS systems, Command, Dotloop, DocuSign, Skyslope,  Google Workspace, Click-up, Airtable and more. We adapt quickly to your preferred tools.

Do you only work with local clients?

No.  Currently we primarily work with Georgia and Alabama contracts.  We welcome new customers from any state where transaction coordination services are acceptable.

Is my business information safe with you?

Yes. Confidentiality and data protection are priorities. We follow strict protocols to ensure all client and transaction data is handled securely.
